SWSHR- MS. DIRECTION
SWSHR is an up-and-coming hip-hop multi-instrumentalist who’s new single “Ms. Direction” was released on streaming platforms on the 28th of December, 2018. In “Ms. Direction”, SWSHR has teamed up with Amsterdam producer Jay LaTune, a rising name in the Netherlands DJ community. A harmonic journey through the heartbreak and bounce-back of a young artist, “Ms. Direction” is the combination of snappy verses and colorful choruses that makes SWSHR a name to remember.
Since his inception as a recording artist in 2016 and after the release of his latest project - “Fruitbowl EP” - SWSHR’s audience has grown to over 1,300 followers and 130,000 streams on Soundcloud. On Spotify, SWSHR’s debut album “Plantasia” has received over 15,000 streams alongside his newest single “WAWA” that has gained nearly 15,000 streams and garnered over 3,500 monthly listeners and playlist placements. The producer behind “Ms. Direction” - Jay LaTune - has amassed over 3000 monthly listeners on Spotify as well as a following of nearly 5,500 on Soundcloud.
Jay LaTune says that, “SWSHR is actually the first rapper I’ve worked with so that’s super cool. I’m pretty grateful to work with him. Love these collabs!” SWSHR adds, “the international aspect of this track is what really made it for me. The vibe goes crazy, and I’m so glad I got to work with such a skilled producer and get something on the shelf so quickly.
