Wawa, a song by SWSHR on Spotify

Seattle rapper SWSHR presents "WAWA", his new single produced by Guillermo, the beatsmith behind tracks for Bay Swag featuring Rich the Kid and 52 Savage ft. Snoop Dogg. SWSHR recently released Fruitbowl (Soundcloud), his new EP featuring Mikos Da Gawd, Daniel Leong and D-dub. "I wrote and recorded the lyrics maybe a day after the release party for my last tape in September," SWSHR says about the new single. "Me and my boy Tarin - who made the cover - played the raw version at a house party and it went off, so we knew we had something to work with. It's really a perfect example of the energetic and diligent mindset that my team and I work so hard to display. Go run it up!"

Bay Area-based emcee J. Morgan presents the music video for "Can I Live", his new Stife-produced single which is also the title track of his upcoming album. The video features the motorcycle club Out Here Crew, and was shot by Noble of Noble Cinemas, the man behind videos for X-Raided, Post To and Tha H. Morgan has released several full-lengths since he debuted with his 2010 mixtape Money Be Da Motivation which featured a guest appearance from San Quinn. Previous videos include the clip for "Echos" (watch) and he dropped the album Livin' Lyrics in 2017. he was previously known as J-Doe, during which time he dropped the video for "Vodka In My Coffee" (watch). In 2015 he made the name switch to J. Morgan and began working with producer/song writer Bryce Graven a.k.a. Shiesty, which resulted in J. Morgan's debut solo album Human. "'Can I Live' has been my mood all of 2018," Morgan says. "It’s my way of saying let me do me and stop putting me and my art in a box. I don’t typically boast a lot in my verses but on this one I’m flexing! Stife and I have been working on songs for the new album all year and I think 'Can I Live' describes our mindset perfectly: we’ve been doing this and it’s time to break out!"

THE 22ND DAY

Every once and while we all come across unique and talented individuals. Luckily we had the opportunity to Feature C.U.L.T.U.R.E. in an artist snapshot last year in September featuring his music and project 21 Days to Glory. Time has flown by, but today October 22nd, 2018- we were blessed with a new project released by C.u.l.t.u.r.e. titled, THE 22ND DAY.

Provided to YouTube by CDBaby Learning Day, Pt. 3 · C.U.L.T.U.R.E. The 22nd Day ℗ 2018 Enoch I. Augustusel Released on: 2018-10-22 Auto-generated by YouTube.

This is a very unique and poetic album. We do not like to make comparisons often because everyone is different, but this album has a straight up poetic hip-hop vibes. C.U.L.T.U.R.E. has a view on the world which we can all learn from. Especially on Track 3 “Trap Mentality” Where he talks about young kids listening to too much trap music with guns and drugs etc. It is a dope track where he works to pull people out of the “trap mentality”, a truly creative project. Our personal #Rarefavorites include, “Cut of the Cloth”, “See You Smile” , and “Reflective”—The samples/melodies are so sick and the flow contrasts very well on each track.

This project is a must listen to Right Now for hip-hop fans. Shoutout to C.u.l.t.u.r.e for this keeping this project too real and diving deep into his personal truths, Lyrically attacking the tracks. This is a classic piece of work! There is much more to the project than described- Listen now!!!!!!
