Camden, New Jersey emcee/producer GF Anon presents "Ignxrant Art Pt. II", produced by Statik Selektah, the lead single from Canvas Of A Radiant Child, his forthcoming album also featuring production from [offbeatninja], Mute Won and Sadhugold. Statik Selektah is a Boston producer best known for his work with emcees such as Termanology, Currensy and Freddie Gibbs. "Ignxrant Art Pt. II" comes on the heels of previous singles "The Remain" (Youtube) and "Soliloquy At The Armory (Youtube). GF's last album release was his Ropeadope collaboration Flipped (Bandcamp). “The song is about the process of me growing to become the man that I want to be," GF says. "Dreaming about things that I want, goals to achieve, the ups and downs of being a father, trying to find myself and find my voice in this music game. Also trying to concur the battles with my demons and whatever life throws my way.”

Saint Louis rapper Lil Shxwn presents the D.Ferg-directed music video for "Chalk Talk", Shxwn's new single produced by Sag Live out now on Jackie Gabrielle Entertainment. Rapping since age 11, Shxwn is the nephew of STL heavyweight Nelly, and gained fame from appearances on the BET show "Nellyville". Shxwn describes his new single as "my first release since going solo from my previous group. California producer Sir Veterano presents the music video for "Reputable", his new single featuring MC Eiht, Planet Asia and Mitchy Slick. "Reputable" is the first single from The Gathering", Sir Veterano's forthcoming debut album also featuring appearances from Murs, Bishop Lamont, Casual, Ras Kass, Guilty Simpson, Phat Kat, Fashawn, K-Bizz, 4TWO7, M.E.D., Skillz and Supastition. Growing up outside of San Francisco, Veterano worked with Ras Kass, Kool G Rap, Mad Skillz, Planet Asia and Slaughtahouse through the mid-2000s and early 2010s, releasing the Latest and Greatest Vol.1 mixtape (link), a doo-wop themed instrumental album in partnership with Dart Adam's Producers I Know brand (link), and a DJ series of West Coast funk with 2DopeBoyz.com (link), before putting his career on hold in order to focus on his personal life. In late 2018, Sir Veterano expressed interest in rejoining the music business to his music manager, Walt Liquor - aka 4Two7 - and Kwa Nguyen, owner of Fresh Yard Clothing and Fresh Yard Records. The "Reputable" music video was directed by Yellow Nguyen, the man behind videos for Schoolboy Q and Ab-Soul. "I feel like I've been buried in a coffin for the last decade and just woke up," Veterano says regarding his new project. "Dug myself out of my music grave and started walking around. The Gathering is a summoning of old colleagues and Hip-Hop legends to come together and do the lyrical maiming they're known for." The Gathering is set for a summer release on Fresh Yard Records.
