Hi I would like for you guys to blog about my upcoming 3rd album this year called toxic dropping may 2nd 2023 and my performances with artists such as waltfromthefuture ashtroboi skies lavender and kalifornia jones from several spots such as innjoy subterranean and sky cafe me being shadowcrazy from northside Chicago coming from the ground up and growing into who I am today with the purge mask gimmick as a new artist to emerge post Covid era there’s hope for more up and coming artist not only from Chicago Illinois but many more cities out here I’m truly blessed and I’d love to shout out my family my friends bordgang treehouse records and everevolved studios I got a big show coming up on 4-16-2023 with bridgingthemusic at the social club honorable mentions go out to the fact that I shared the stage with Fro5o187 and DTB Nori the 2022 freestyle battle champion in 2022 at the juggalo gathering opening for artists such as Twisted Insane Ouija macc and DJ Paul from 3 6 Mafia

IQ, "FADED"

Los Angeles emcee/producer IQ presents his new self-produced single "Faded", hot on the heels of previous singles "Magic Tricks" (Spotify) and "Everywhere I Go" (Spotify). IQ's last full-length release was IQ Test (Bandcamp). "This one actually was written over the course of a few weeks," IQ says about his new single. "I added new rhymes as I thought of them, and adjusted the lines to make sure I'm not just rhyming, but actually saying what I want to say. But for the hook I just got faded and free-styled off the top."

Redding, California rapper/producer Space Cadet presents the Baws Films-directed music video for "Good Mood", his self-produced new single. A member of Bay Area collective Thirdeye Coalition, his releases include solo albums Still Love You (stream), Like Home and Letters From Space (Bandcamp) as well as his collaboration album The Love Nostalgic with Larry (watch the music video for "Shine") and his Turtlenecks project (watch the music video for "Make Over"). A professional sound engineer as well as a drummer/percussionist for marching bands, punk rock bands and everything in between, Cadet also collaborates heavily with fellow Bay Area rapper J.Lately (stream "Clean" featuring The Grouch). “When I was done with the beat, the most appropriate title for it in my mind was ‘Good Mood’ because that’s just how it made me feel," Cadet says about his new single. "When I was done with it, I immediately started writing to it, which isn’t normal for me. That same energy transferred over into the lyrics so I just kept the title the same, which also isn’t normal for me. The concept itself is pretty self explanatory, like waking up in such a good mood you don’t let bad energy or worries you normally would have effect or ruin it.” Cadet is currently working on his third solo project.

BRUSE WANE FT. PAPOOSE, "KILLA SOUNDBOY"

Wane Enterprises CEO and New York artist Bruse Wane presents the G-Town Films-directed music video for "Killa Soundboy" featuring Papoose. Produced by Victorious Sounds, "Killa Soundboy" is the lead single off The Dark Knight Album 2: The Fight For Gotham, Bruse's new album which also features "Keepers Of The Flame" (stream), his collaboration track with fellow South Bronx emcee Chris Rivers, their first collaboration since 2015's Venom which also featured the final verse ever from the late Sean Price (watch the "music video). A native of the Bronxdale Houses Projects in the Soundview section of the Bronx, Bruse recently premiered his Killa Soundboy" single featuring Papoose on HipHopDX (stream), which he followed up with "The Batman Cometh" (stream), both in preparation for the release of his new album The Dark Knight Album 2: The Fight For Gotham. Bruse and Chris' previous collaboration "Venom" was featured on Bruse's sophomore album Earl Manigault Of Rap (Spotify), while Keith Murray appeared on Bruse's debut project The Dark Knight Album: The Day The Earth Stood Still (listen to “Return Of The Spitters (RMX)”). Bruse released his mixtape The Batman Should Have Been On It in 2017 (Datpiff), and two Bruse tracks appeared on the Universal Hip Hop Museum's "16 Bars 4 Hip Hop" project. "I grew up on this beat, which is one of reggae's most famous and dopest beats, the Stalag Riddim," Bruse says about the new track. I've jumped on it before, but this time I really wanted to kill it. Once I got the song formatted I reached out to Papoose and we made it happen." Bruse's Dark Knight 2 album release party will be July 18 at The Foot Light, 465 Seneca Avenue, Ridgewood, Queens, NY, and Bruse's "Soundboy Killa" Tour kicks off July 26th In New Mexico (tour info).
